When it comes to assessing muscle strength, especially for lower limb injuries, accuracy matters. Traditionally, clinicians have used manual muscle testing, a hands-on technique that relies on resistance and clinical experience to judge strength levels. 

While useful, this method is often subjective, and results can vary between practitioners or even between sessions.

Traditional Manual Muscle Testing
